SHIPPING

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All of our products are handmade-to-order with some pieces having a quicker turnaround time. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be produced. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped. Shipping is from Los Angeles, CA and costs include an option of; USPS Ground for a flat rate of $5, or 2-day for $10 with USPS Priority Mail.  For rush orders, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to US, Canada, and UK. Shipping rates are calculated based on location at checkout. Please email hello@byorly.com for shipping rates outside of these countries.

 

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 7 days of order delivery for store credit only.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email hello@byorly.com. Once you receive confirmation, the items must be sent back within 7 days. We recommend that the products are sent back in their original packaging as items damaged in transit are no longer eligible for a credit.
