SHIPPING

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All of our products are handmade to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for general production, with some pieces offering a quicker turnaround time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Orders ship from Los Angeles, CA, with the following shipping options:

USPS Ground: Flat rate of $5

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days): $10

For rush orders, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once an item is shipped we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to US and Canada. Shipping rates are calculated based on location at checkout.

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country and are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

RETURNS

Please note every piece is made to order so we kindly ask that you consider this before placing your order as we cannot accept returns.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email hello@byorly.com. Only store credit will be accepted in select situations. 

In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved.
